Optum Digital Health is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a product line of digital health products.
Working with cross-functional and cross-enterprise partners, you will manage the existing product portfolio, identify new market opportunities, ensure alignment across the organization, and drive execution. To be successful in this role, you will need strong business leadership, the ability to think analytically, influence myriad stakeholders, communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, and drive results in a highly matrixed environment.
Demonstrated business acumen and customer focus are essential to the success of this position. The Senior Product Manager is also expected to have expert knowledge of the healthcare landscape, commercialization of products, and familiarity with the clinical and technical aspects of product development. This position reports directly to the VP of Product.

Primary Responsibilities
* Lead cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in the development and execution of the product roadmap, including market opportunity, target customer profiles, value propositions, client and consumer experience to justify potential resource investments
* Identify new market opportunities, optimize internal programs and assets, and partner with key internal stakeholders for alignment and support to bring the roadmap to market
* Serve as the product subject matter expert to all internal and external stakeholders
* Work across Operational, Clinical, Technology, Growth, Finance and Go-to-Market organizations in support of digital health delivery of product and services.
* Partner with analytics to identify opportunities and establish value metrics for pricing initiatives
* Continuously mindful of market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and overall growth
* Partner with other senior product and non-product leaders to identify business opportunities that will a) improve product offering and b) set the vision and growth strategy
* Build a product culture which understands the importance of rapid testing and learning
* Significantly contribute to innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
* 4 years of professional digital product management, product owner, or scrum master experience
* Experience in leading complicated, cross-functional projects
* Experience in Agile development processes
* Experience in complex, matrix organizations knows how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network

The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
