OptumServe Growth team is seeking an experienced Price-to-Win Principal to perform rigorous CI/PTW analyses and provide PTW and pricing strategy recommendations for large and complex bids.
Primary Responsibilities
* Evaluate bid-specific competitor positioning on non-price evaluation factors
* Formulate competitor business case in pursuing a specific bid
* Reverse-engineering of incumbent contracts
* Bottom-up (BOE) price modeling for competitors, including competitor wrap rates, fully burdened labor hour rates for competitors and Other Direct Costs if necessary
* Accurately estimate and propose PTW target price (close range is acceptable)
* Summarize findings and recommendations in concise manner
* Prepare and deliver briefings to capture teams and senior leaders
* Work with pricing teams on pricing strategy, support BAFO efforts
* Perform Win-Loss and Lessons Learned analyses

Required Qualifications
* 8 years of experience in performing Price-to-Win analyses for large and complex bids, including the Federal healthcare market
* Proven track record of wins with contract value in excess of $50 million
* Extensive price strategy experience
* Knowledge of Federal Healthcare and Information Technology markets
* Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
* Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with trade databases including Deltek, Bloomberg, Gartner, etc.
* Knowledge of Federal Procurement Data System

Colorado Residents OnlyThe salary range for Colorado residents is $110,200 to $211,700.
