Primary Responsibilities
* Management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations
* May manage the P&L of a business or part of a business unit
* Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units
* May include day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals)
* Project management and implementation, staff management
* Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
* Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree)
* 1 years of clinic operations or healthcare experience
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and computer literacy
* Knowledge of organization policies and procedures and ability to apply principles to solve everyday problems in a variety of situations
* Knowledge of fiscal management and human resource management techniques
* This position requires Tuberculosis screening as well as proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis through lab confirmation of immunity, documented evidence of vaccination, or a doctors diagnosis of disease
* You will be provisioned with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and are required to perform this role with patients and members on site, as this is an essential function of this role
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
