This is an exciting role within the rapidly growing Optum HouseCalls division within UnitedHealth Group. HouseCalls is a service offered by Optum wherein a Nurse Practitioner visits the members home one or more times a year to conduct a thorough medical health assessment on the member.
We are looking for a motivated and high performing individual to support reporting, monitoring, and forecasting of HouseCalls performance. A strong candidate in for this role will be able use SQL to build out appropriate tools/analyses to then translate data into insight and process improvement recommendations. This role requires both strong technical skills as well as strong analytical skills.

Primary Responsibilities
* Build performance monitoring and forecasting capabilities
* Consult with business partners to understand their data needs to create actionable reporting / analytics
* Reporting and analysis scope to include leading indicators, internal operations metrics (KPIs) and client committed goals, where available
* Develop tools to better understand and forecast member performance
* Gain understanding of HouseCalls business from end to end to help in facilitating process improvement
* Support Ad Hoc requests as needed

Required Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree (Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Mathematics or other related degree)
* 5 years of experience working with business stakeholders and hands on experience creating reporting and analysis
* 5 years of experience SQL, SAS, PYTHON, R programming and/or data manipulation
* Advanced data presentation skills using but not limited to Excel, Tableau, and/or Domo
* Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to VBA and Functions
