Primary Responsibilities
* Responsible for the complete life cycle of the loans
* Review all loan documents and track missing items
* Process loans closing and prepare documents as needed
* Prepare wire transfers
* Complete necessary servicing for existing loans
* Interface with the loan accounting system, post transactions, create and use loan reports
* Add loans to the Fiserv platform
* Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
* Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma, GED or higher level of education
* 2 years lending industry experience
* Solid understanding of loan and lease documentation and UCC filings
* Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
* Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attainedPreferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of banking industry customer identification program standards
* Knowledge of the necessary documentation and procedures to secure and perfect the banks collateral
* Experience with commercial loan operations
* Knowledge of standard commercial loan and lease documentation requirements for various commercial loan types (real estate, SBA and asset-based loans)
* Familiarity with commercial lending regulatory and compliance components
* Healthcare industry experience
* Team lead or project lead experience
* Experience with SQL and SSRS
