The Global Success Partner collaborates with UnitedHealth Group line of business leadership and cross-functional global teams to deliver technology-enabled operations solutions that assure the business is managing cost, following stakeholder guidelines and executing against business goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
* Be a trusted global advisor to UnitedHealth Group line of business leadership
* Provide thought leadership and global expertise, focused on delivering cost, quality and process improvements
* Communicate effectively with C-level executives and translate their needs into an account plan with business and product requirements
* Ensure account strategy is in alignment with enterprise priorities
* Develop and maintain account plan and lead regular reviews with various stakeholder groups (global delivery teams, finance, line of business leadership) throughout the year
* Coordinate an account team to deliver consistent service across disparate internal global teams
* Represent line of business leadership in all internal global engagements and direct others to resolve business problems that affect multiple functional areas
* Deliver competitive offerings to the market
* Work with an enterprise mindset and deliver multi-year deals, resulting in value to UnitedHealth Group
* Work flexible hours across global time zones
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet business timelinesThis Global Success Partner will also require understanding of the following
* Account management and value demonstration through written and oral storytelling
* Financial modeling
* Professional productivity tools (ex. &ndash Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Teams)

Required qualifications
* Bachelors degree in business, IT, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
* 10 years industry experience within healthcare / strategy consulting context
* 8 years account management / strategy development experience
* Possess good listening skills
* Ability to influence cross-functionally
* Understanding of competitive landscape and familiarity with healthcare industry
* Ability to perform complex analytical assessments and to develop appropriate busines proposals based on data simulation
* Good numerical skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work well and collaboratively across multiple teams / departments to achieve business growth or profitability goals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information
* Willing to travel up to 15 of the time Current passport required
