KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Associate Experience (AX) Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for the management and execution of various projects and detailed-oriented activities in support of our Associate Experience strategy. This person will report directly to the VP of Associate Experience, and will facilitate the execution of various AX initiatives across multiple lines of business, and foster meaningful cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholder groups across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Immerse yourself in the concepts around Employee (Associate) Experience
Assist with the ownership and rollout of our hybrid work strategy called Work for My Day (WFMD):
Become a SME on our WFMD initiative and related workstreams
Create resources and facilitate activities to support the Change Management plan, including maintaining a list of FAQs and coordinating enterprise-wide Q&A update sessions
Managing and supporting key bodies of work, as needed
Manage and facilitate adoption activities to support the recent launch of our People Pledge, our newly introduced two-way commitment between the company (TIAA) and our people
Help manage multiple small Associate Experience projects, including two pilot projects in various business areas and potentially the additional pilot of a technology-based experience solute
Maintain a list of key data points, metrics, etc. for each effort to show progress throughout the year
Assist with ad-hoc requests and help slice/aggregate data to support AX efforts
