Supporting all aspects of post-trade confirmation and settlement for derivatives and foreign exchange activity. Confirming trade activity with brokers and counterparties, verifying accurate trade entry and flow through internal systems, and handling trade documentation and communication to internal stakeholders. Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of cash and other life cycle events related to derivatives trading.
Preferred Skills
1+ years of experience supporting the lifecycle of different types of derivatives.
Experience in a Financial Services Operations area (Trade Operations, Settlements, Portfolio Accounting, Middle Office)
Experience working within an order management system and/or electronic trading system to support derivatives
Prior use of SWIFT messaging types and formats
Experience with Bloomberg AIM and Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRD) (CRIMS)
Experience with Eagle STAR Portfolio Accounting System and/or Murex
Experience working on or leading projects, including system upgrades an migrations
Experience onboarding new types of derivatives to be supported in and communicated through systems
Experience with calculating and confirming derivatives settlements with counterparties, researching and resolving differences.
