About the Role
You’re an analyst and an author of moderately complex credit approval documents working in a deadline-driven environment. Your primary responsibility will be underwriting financial transactions. You will analyze quarterly financial statements, conduct trend analysis and exception reporting for loans and treasury products, working collaboratively with relationship managers and department managers to make credit decisions. Accuracy is critical. Portfolio management is a component of the broader portfolio.

How You'll Spend Your Time
• You will make recommendations on loan structure to Relationship Managers.
• You will shadow the Relationship Manager on credit customer and prospect calls.
• You will monitor specified credits through quarterly compliance testing, financial statement spreading, and other credit services.
• You will participate in writing commitment reports for specified loans, participate in committee presentations, and present loan renewals to management
• You will oversee and manage the customer or prospect database in Salesforce.
• You will monitor specified credits to ensure proper cash flow, financial stability of the borrower and its principals, and compliance to loan covenants.
• You will assist in solving complex/sensitive inquires of customers through extensive research to resolve problems/errors.
• You will provide credit training to Accelerated Career Track participants.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years Credit Analysis/Credit Specialist experience or 12-14 years’ equivalent work related experience.
