About the Role

In this virtual client-centric role, you will be the primary service provider for retail brokerage clients; providing analysis and guidance towards their short and long-term financial goals. You will service accounts, uncover needs, refer opportunities, educate clients, protect the firm's assets, and participate in innovation opportunities for the broker-dealer and bank.

You will work with internal retail branch partners for referrals and investment training, and with internal market advisors, 401k participant services, and other banking partners when new referral opportunities are uncovered.

What You Can Expect

You will be responsible for delivering financial advice and investment services to branch customers via available technologies (video, phone, or email delivery).  This will cover a range of financial planning categories, including helping clients manage cash flow, invest properly, retire comfortably, and protect themselves from an unforeseen expense and emergency via life and health insurance products.

In this centralized model, you will be on salary and FINRA licensed in all 50 states allowing you to service clients across the country.

Team Culture

We are a collaborative, conscientious, and goal-oriented team.  We value initiative, and we care about the quality of our work. Managers across the line of business are readily available and accessible for any needs you may have.  You are responsible for driving the process, and our leaders are there to support you. Mentorship within the team is a common practice that will provide opportunities for growth.

Our philosophy is built around three simple truths to ensure we always do the best for clients. 1) Relationships begin with knowledge. 2) Process – not products – leads to objective advice. 3) Proactive oversight and communication produce results.

You will understand and communicate current market trends and tax implications of securities transactions, research and resolve problems with securities transactions, and provide an explanation of failed securities
You will support the participant services group by identifying opportunities to retain assets and gain referral opportunities from 401(k) plans, by identifying risk tolerances, time horizons, and providing asset allocation advice, and by being available to answer questions appropriate for securities licensed individuals
You will conduct business within the guidelines established by regulatory agencies and internal compliance policies, including; firm required training and continuing education, maintaining appropriate securities licenses, and compliance with correspondence, marketing and sales activity rules
