Leads activities that have significant impact on North America growth of specific Services Product Lines. Demonstrating ownership for achieving results within targeted business/ customer/channel segments for our services and software offerings.
Drives program execution, metrics, rigor, trend analysis and proactive communication through both a channel and end user RTM. 

Key Responsibilities include:

Provides Market specific program insights – Amplify services partner program performance/goal attainment, tracks Service Delivery attainment/requirements and drives communication in conjunction with sales enablement and channel services teams
Program Management responsibilities – MDF, Partner Incentives, End User Incentives, Returns Program management, Naked Box Reporting (In conjunction with worldwide), Care Pack Renewals.  Facilitates communication between category, WW channel COE and channel service sales.
Reviews channel performance trending with primary focus is on a combination of both tactical and strategic projects / programs with specific bias towards execution of business growth in these targeted areas of the services portfolio.
Actively contributes/leads the definition of the category business plan in assigned areas.
Provides prescriptive feedback to Services Go to Market and Global Product teams for service offers and programs to achieve business objectives.
Influence demand generation and/or customer relationship campaigns in collaboration with sales enablement manager in market

Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship within HP, Channel and End User Sales teams
Leads key initiatives on behalf of functional and senior management

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Expert knowledge of IT services industry, offering categories, HP offerings/strategies, marketing principles/practices/tactics/tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication internally and externally; excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Problem solving ability is developed with ability to lead and inspire teams under pressure situations; exercising independent judgment
Demonstrated experience and track record in building solutions to meet both Direct Enterprise IT Customers and Channel Partners; constantly driving for best customer experience
Demonstrated success in the management of sales support programs
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines

Education and Certifications preferred:

University or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Typically 5+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
Demonstrated Management/Team leadership experience.
