In this role you will partner across all levels of the organization to develop, implement, track progress and measure success against strategic initiatives that enrich ABMs DEI program. You will be part of the Culture & Communication team and partner across the organization to provide strategic action and day-to-day operation leadership on all DEI policies, programs, and practices. You will bring thought leadership to the role and offer a level of subject matter expertise that will continually elevate how we think about culture and inclusion in support of our mission and values. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply passionate about DEI, has strong program management skills, and is able to collaborate successfully across the enterprise. * Drive the design, execution, and measurement of ABMs Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy in partnership with the Chief Culture & Communication Officer
* Partner with the C-suite and key internal and external stakeholders to develop strategic solutions and programs that drive engagement and foster a culture of inclusion where team members feel seen, valued, and inspired
* Assess DEI business needs across the enterprise and lead the development and alignment of plans, programs, polices, and guidelines that advance ABMs culture and inclusion efforts across the organization
* Partner with key stakeholders to help shape ABMs external DEI and employer brand
* Partner with the HRC leadership to enrich our DEI retention and employee development strategies, including training, performance and career development solutions for leadership, people managers and team members.
* Contribute to the development of ABMs DEI narrative, creative assets and presentation materials that tell a powerful story
* Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and predict future trends in support of our inclusion efforts establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the progress of DEI goals
* Continually monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABMs Culture & Inclusion Council and DEI programs stay curious and connected internally and externally leveraging data, insights, and trends in the DEI space
* Act as the subject matter expert on DEI matters lead the evolution of our DEI strategy
* Support team members in developing cultures of belonging, supportive of diverse perspectives across external partnerships
Minimum Requirements:
* 7 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion human resources, L&D and organizational development experience a plus
* 2 years of experience working with large, global teams
* Strong understanding of DEI fundamentals, knowledge of the DEI space and familiarity with best practices that promote DEI in workplaces.
* Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and demonstrated experience executing a vision, translating it into actionable goals and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
* Experience in translating external and internal trends into innovative practices
* Proven track record of facilitating company-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders
* Experience translating data and analytics to develop insights, telling stories, driving decisions, and measuring impact
* Experience establishing and working with affinity groups
* Proven success in scaling company-wide programs with multiple stakeholders
