Job Description:The position will lead all recruiting activities supporting ABMs largest industry group, Business & Industry by developing and executing strategies to deliver high volume operational frontline and Staff/Management team member talent, defining effective processes, leading a team of recruiters, provide a positive candidate experience, supporting a powerful employer brand and collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders.

Essentil Duties
*Responsible for designing, executing and measuring key talent acquisition strategies, processes, policies and programs for all facets of recruitment within industry group including sourcing, attraction, screening, selection, and the candidate experience for field management and hourly frontline team members (~20K Hires/YR)
*Lead and develop large (50) geographically distributed Talent Acquisition (TA) team by providing coaching, mentorship, stretch opportunities and regular timely performance feedback
*Ensure TA team fully leverages best practices, subject matter expertise, external and internal talent data and analytics to best inform hiring managers and guide them to make informed hiring decisions aligned with ABMs Values (Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, Excellence and Trust)
*Facilitate team collaboration with internal stakeholders (including HRIS, Total Rewards, Organizational Development) to support the needs of the business.
*Promote efficient delivery of recruitment services including, posting positions, sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to develop a recruitment strategy, interviewing, presenting offers and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
*Continuously drive measurable improvements in the recruitment and selection process and provide insight through key metrics, recruiter performance scorecards, measures and reporting.
*Hold regular team and direct report update meetings to review deliverables and performance
*Communicate effectively with business leaders, hiring managers, and human resource partners to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions by working collaboratively in a fast -paced dynamic environment
*Participate in the evaluation, selection and development of talent acquisition processes, systems / technology, and people in order to maximize service delivery capabilities to the business
*Manage the ongoing successful delivery of talent acquisition projects by working cross-functionally and supporting business objectives with focus on growth and expansion.
*Continually seek opportunities to increase TA productivity and customer satisfaction by engaging with senior TA and Operations leadership
*Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rules, laws, and regulations.
*Agreed upon KPI/SLA/SOW metrics including the attainment of minimum staffing levels on agreed-upon timelines
*Partner with TA Analytics and Optimization on budget and resources allocation
*Retain and develop top talent
*Stakeholder/Client Engagement-Establish and maintain internal client relationships

Minimum Requirements:
*10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably within a large, matrixed/complex corporate environment. Agency experience is a plus.
*Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
*Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry best practices
*Understanding of recruiting metrics KPIs/SLAs/SOW and reporting standards.
*Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills appropriate for a corporate environment.
*Understanding of labor forecasting models, candidate pipelines and P&Ls a plus
*Computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and facility with numbers.
*Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.
*Track record of success in leading and motivating teams of recruiters.
*Ability to analyse and understand complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
*Excellent planning and organizing skills able to juggle responsibilities effectively in a high volume, high pressure fast-paced environment.
*Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with client and in large group settings.
*Strong customer and results orientation.
*Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
*Ability to adapt as organization evolves.
*Ability to quickly troubleshoot challenges, overcome obstacles and successfully manage complex situations
*Energetic, confidence, maturity, and interpersonal sensitivity.
*Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, policies, laws, and regulations
*Strong experience working with an ATS
