Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Administrative Assistant: Handles all executive assistant and administrative support with a high level of independence, initiative, discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Prioritize and meets deadlines while anticipating needs and requirements. Adapts readily to the needs of diverse workgroups supported.
Prepares documents using Microsoft Office applications. Manages the leader's calendar. Schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings. Effectively represents the leader’s office to a broad array of contacts within Chevron and outside organizations.
Prioritizes items that need immediate attention. Traces items and follows up for completion.
Coordinates travel logistics and prepare itineraries.
Tracks and gathers related expenses and compiles expense reports. Able to manage small project requests, including simple data analysis.
Provides backup assistance for another administrative assistant on an as-needed basis.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma
Years of experience: 3 – 5 years in similar positions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Effectively communicates and conveys ideas.
Experience with Power BI a plus
Ability to effectively collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work
