We will look to you to execute the processes of developing, documenting, and distributing governance framework components related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) with reporting and measurement of objectives.   You will independently draft, revise, edit and proofread IAM governance components such as procedures and control requirements.  You’ll partner with Governance Risk and Compliance (CRG) subject matter experts to develop strategies for IAM-related policy and procedure updates.   You will analyze the IAM governance framework components for revision opportunities due to compliance issues, regulatory changes, or other events that may require amendments.  You’ll assist in the development of an appropriate suite of metrics and reporting to measure compliance and effectiveness of the IAM governance framework with regard to new policy implementation, regulatory obligations, policy exceptions, change management schedules, and modifications as required.  You will ensure ongoing maintenance of IAM governance framework components in the GRC repository and participate in policy change management processes, serving as a liaison and advisor to policy owners for IAM.

For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology and 3+ years of experience in security, software engineering, compliance, and/or process management work in support of a highly technical environment.  You will have advanced knowledge of industry standards for IT risk policies and procedures, specifically NIST CSF and ISO 27001/2.  You’ll have excellent written and verbal communications skills to professionally address a wide and varied audience, including executive management, both internally and externally.  You will have experience working on IAM control requirements and compliance requirements as well as experience in making rule-based and analytical decisions.
