Job Description

Financial Analyst (Accounting) responsible for Capital account reconciliations and balancing MTech capital report monthly. Other responsibilities include monthly Invoice payments, reconciliations, disposals, Month end accruals, Audit request and vendor inquiries.  The analyst will also support ad hoc analytical needs due to the continuously changing nature of our business. This position will be privy to highly sensitive information and requires a high level of professional maturity and discretion. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

 Reconcile capital general ledger Accounts for Hardware and Software capital monthly.
Balancing Capital Commitment Report to the General Ledger accounts and Capital Workbook monthly.
Developing the knowledge base on how capital account number are structured for coding against capital PO’s
Review and Reconcile the Depreciation and Amortization plans by working from Corporate Accounting and the Tech Financial Analyst responsible for Capital.
Process Invoices payments monthly and research vendor Inquiries 
Equipment disposals - Calculate NBV.
Keeps management well informed on a timely basis of progress, status and/or concerns for each assigned function.
Ability to effectively analyze and communicate, both verbally and in writing, financial information to management.
Month End Responsibilities: Accruals, Store Closure Entries, YE January capital addition entry.
Perform Audit request for internal and external audit teams.
Take on additional responsibilities or projects based on the needs of a growing organization

Qualifications and Competencies:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree from 4-year college or university preferred
3-5 years related experience
Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner. 
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
Knowledge of MS Office suite required
