Responsibilities and Qualifications

The purpose of the Inventory Specialist is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and maintain accounting vehicle inventory.

Post all vehicle inventory into the accounting system verifying purchase date and factory invoice
Maintain inventory of titles and verify inventory at month-end
Prepare and process dealer trades
Reconcile floor plan monthly and listing discrepancies
Identify internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verify changes in authorized personnel and communicate issues to the Assistant Controller
Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
Attend weekly department meetings
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
Notary Bond required
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
