Job Description: Modernize CI CD pipeline to be DevSecOps enabled by including Security scan analysis, code smells and anti-pattern detection, performance tests, blue green deploys along with unit / functional / integration tests. Responsible for building high performance and productive product teams ground up across multiple locations. Working with Portfolio and program teams helping them estimate the budget needs – not limiting to resources but also software needs and POCs to be conducted using new cloud, NOSQL, messaging and streaming platforms. Managing application ecosystem by planning for legacy application retirement as newer products are developed and rolled out. Strategy to integrate TD Ameritrade applications and customer portfolio with Schwab ecosystem. Lead post production operations and monitoring application metrics with toolsets like Splunk, Newrelic, AppDynamics.Work with executive leadership team to help formulate team key performance indicators (KPIs) and organization Objectives and Key results (OKRs).
What you have
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field followed by 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Experience and/or education must include:
Building ultra-low latency, high volume and reliable next generation platforms with throughputs of 10K or more
Hybrid Cloud deploy
Resilient applications
Leading application modernization and driving digital transformation
Enhance CI CD pipeline to be DevSecOps enabled
Infrastructure set up, networking, CDNs and load balancing
Leading application migration to new products and retiring legacy applications
Splunk, AppDynamics and Newrelic
Experience in Financial Services Industry
Experience in leading high performing teams
