Day-to-day job responsibilities:
Provides application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT technical resources
Create targeted system analysis documentation for architecture teams and executives, including design and interface considerations, data analysis and systems testing
Performs analysis to identify/verify production application issues, provides solutions and coordinates auditing to validate process success on large and complex configuration projects
Specific qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Telecommunications
5+ years of experience in Business Support Systems with focus on product / software development
COTS (commercial-off-the shelf) BSS products such as: catalog, billing, charging and/or mediation packages
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience in feature / user story grooming and data analysis
