Job Description
What you'll do:
Work to ensure all shipments are shipped using best price and delivery service
Ensure all incoming packages are tracked and delivered
Courier duties when needed within the metroplex
Work with vendors to ensure Trinity gets the proper support it needs in the area of shipping
Ensures thorough implementation of shipping systems to include user training, communication, and reporting.
Ensures Mail Center is available during normal operating hours, as well as during emergencies
Interacts with customers, ensures that customer expectations are met. High degree of customer interface
What you'll need:
Working knowledge of Pitney Bowes shipping systems (preferred)
Minimum 10 years experience in a Mail Center operation
Strong knowledge of USPS regulations and processes
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintains an attitude and work ethic that reflects: trustworthiness, ownership, people focused, positive, dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.
HS Diploma or equivalent
Must have a clean and clear driving record and be deemed eligible to drive a company vehicle.
Ability to lift 30lbs.
