Seagate is looking for an imaginative and adaptable Learning Transformation Program Manager
with a passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences. As a member of our Learning Team, you’ll shape and elevate our training programs to help scale our Learning team. You'll have the opportunity to lead a broad scope of training projects from vision to execution. To be successful, you'll need to partner across Talent Development, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to understand the Organization’s needs. Strong technology experience is a must! This individual must be hands-on and have an aptitude to pick up and dive deep into the technology if required. Additionally, they should thrive in an autonomous and constantly evolving environment.

About the role - you will:

Coordinate internal & external resources to deliver internal training
Create engaging learning experiences that develop real world skills
Identify learning objectives for specific competencies, and then develop hands-on exercises to achieve them
Evaluate new approaches and innovations in instructional design
Own the schedule of our internal learning calendar and internal trainers
Work as a PMO (Project Management Office) to identify company certification gaps and implement plans to upskill staff
Work with SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) to assist them to organize and deliver business learning sessions
Own the central repository of internal training data base
Collaborate with the business to ensure training modules / curriculum being designed are used by the business
Create presentations for a wide audience
Design and/or delivering professional training curriculums
Facilitate face to face, and remote, workshops

About you:

Effectively communicate orally and in written form so that the information you produce is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and make independent judgments
Competency in speaking to/ participating with a very technical group of subject matter experts
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Team work / Collaboration – team orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude, and experience working with different internal stakeholders to implement plans
Problem Solving - excellent ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
Highly organized and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong Analytical Skills - strong ability to collect and analyze information

Your experience includes:

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer
Designing and/or delivering professional training curriculums
Managing internal training schedules
Ability to articulate adult learning principles and provide applicable examples
Articulate what cognitive and instructional principles are behind your work and your approach to the content you create
Explaining specific advantages of using different types of media
Ability to quickly learn new content tools and AI applications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
