Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct and manage the overall manufacturing operations of the plant
Directly supervise all of the shift supervisors
Identify and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities for all manufacturing operations
Responsible to develop budget for manufacturing group
Housekeeping-Maintain appearance of World Class Facility

Education and/or Experience:

A degree in related field and/or equivalent professional work experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Past experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Kaizen Team leader and or Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of Six Sigma Process

Requirements:

Must  have excellent customer service attitude and people skills
Exceptional time management and planning skills
Must maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with people at all levels of the organization
Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Must have strong skills and abilities to handle multiple task and responsibilities at one time
Must have experience working with New Product Launches
Good Computer Skills
Good working knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
