Job Details
This is a relief/on-call Inpatient Nights position with health insurance benefits . Provides coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. WA RN license required. BSN preferred. 1 year of experience required, 2 years of acute care preferred.
Implement the patient's plan of care
Evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practice
Provides direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care
