We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to coordinate and coach our software development team.  We are building a new Agile organization focused on building and delivering IOT and Big Data Platforms.  In this role, you will be starting at “Ground Zero” and helping to build and establish an Agile Culture.  You will be advocating for the team, actively removing blockers, and tracking Agile and Portfolio metrics.  

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Agile Scrum Teams and external teams.
Ensure successful completion of the projects, expressed as customer satisfaction, contractual compliance, project quality, schedule and financial outcomes.
Develop, maintain, and manage Scrum based Agile projects that link to Waterfall projects.
Monitor project related expenditure and make recommendations
Communicate scope, risks, blockers, and schedules. 
Manage change management activities needed for successful implementation.
Provide regular communications to businesses and stakeholders with regular reporting into the broader digital programs. 
Timely submission of monthly reports and ‘as required’ reports on the progress of the project and issues relating to the project.
Manage vendor onboarding, dependencies, and deliverables providing services to the project. 
Establish and manage a schedule of project team meetings / playbacks / standups/ retrospectives to review the progress of the project and ensure control over project activities.
Lead post-implementation (playback) reviews and continuous improvement feedback sessions. 
Develop and utilize Agile and PM best practice processes and methodologies for implementation designed for divisional and business unit adoption.
Establish KPI’s and measure team “health” and performance and pro-actively work to ensure a highly functioning team
Act as the team advocate
Coordinate end to end platform / capability delivery - from conception, prototype through to post delivery and support.
Ensures technology development projects align to the New Product Introduction and Agile Development processes.
Ensures necessary reporting and approval frameworks are followed for all technology development projects.

Qualifications

At least five (5) years’ experience in a Delivery, Program management, or Scrum Master role.
Demonstrable experience in applying agile methodologies.
Embodies the Agile principles.
Proven program management experience around designing, developing and delivering cloud based solutions.
Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business.
Cross-functional team experience. 
Proven experience managing global / remote teams and stakeholders.
Ability to provide solid customer service and exercise diplomacy.
Strong organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Strong change management skills and experience
Demonstrable project management and change management skills and experience.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals in close cooperation.
Ability to work under pressure in a stressful work environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sound organizational, people and time management skills
A committed and proactive attitude towards Environment, Health and Safety
A strong commitment to improving on time delivery
Understanding of Design Thinking

Desirable:

At least five (5) years’ experience in high-tech product lifecycle management, including enterprise software solutions.
Large Scale Scrum experience.
Qualifications in engineering and project management. 
Engineering, Software, and IT project experience.
Experience in Design Thinking practices
Experience in transforming factories into Manufacturing 4.0
Experience defining, developing, and packaging customer facing IOT solutions
