Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Engagement, the associate manager will be a hybrid role that touches a large amount of brand projects, including both brand management and brand engagement (marketing communications) work.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Engagement, the associate manager will be a hybrid role that touches a large amount of brand projects, including both brand management and brand engagement (marketing communications) work. Responsibilities include business analysis, marketing plan development and implementation and dedicated support of brand content and shopper programs, including execution of eCommerce content, brand web site and email leadership and other needs in support of channel, shopper and content objectives.
The role will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the associate director of marketing.
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
Key Responsibilities (in descending order of importance):
Brand Management (50%)
Performing business analysis to strengthen the brand's integrated marketing program
Partnering cross functionally with Brita.com DTC team to support the ongoing test, learn and optimize approach to our business model with the ultimate goal of informing the right DTC value exchange for our consumer while driving this as a growth channel for the business.
Developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit
Initiating and analyzing market research to improve the brand's marketing efforts
Participating in the development of effective advertising copy, media plans, and integrated marketing campaigns
Coordinating package and product improvements that enhance the brand
Developing, implementing and evaluating other strategic business building projects
Brand Engagement, Content and Shopper Marketing (50%)
Brand Web Site content planning and execution, including supporting site content planning and content implementation, execution of SEO strategy and ongoing tracking of KPI.
Managing flow and executing implementation of personalized marketing across relevant audiences in owned and paid mediums
CRM execution and strategy support, including brief writing and creative reviews of agency developed e-mail content and ongoing measurement of communications effectiveness.
eCommerce content planning & execution, including content capture at productions and brief writing and agency management
Strategic support, execution and measurement of strategic social, influencer and experiential programs, including supporting strategy and content plans for brand social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
Minimum Requirements:
Years and Type of Experience:
1-3 years Digital Marketing, Brand Management, CRM, eCommerce with an MBA, or 2-4 years’ experience with a BA, or Agency experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Content creation experience in a Digital, Sales or eCommerce capacity
Proven ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutions
