As a member of a World-Class Team, Production Supervisor will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Responsible for managing work and performance of hourly third shift team members. Coach and mentor hourly team members. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:<>
* Manage an operations on third shift in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety
* Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
* Hourly team management of employees
* Select, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and feedback to assigned areas hourly population
* Act as the liaison between third shift and management
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
* 1-3 additional years of experience in Operation Management or Production Supervision
