This role will report functionally to the USCAN GM of Commercial Operations and will be responsible for the implementation and execution of cross-regional / cross-segment key USCAN commercial operations initiatives

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.
* Owns/influences commercial business operating guidelines and has ownership/influence over budgets. Guided by functional policy. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
* Monitor the Locally Sourced Item process for the USCAN region and coordinate successful implementation across multiple functions (global engineering, OTR, commercial, etc.)
* Support expansion of the sales distribution model in USCAN, ensuring adequate pricing is setup and maintained through the course of each distribution agreement
* Ensure successful launch of Commodity Surcharge implementation and coordinate implementation across multiple functions (communication, commercial, sales enablement, etc.)
* Coordinate any Segment specific Laser Focus initiatives such us Imaging, Ultrasound, and LCS Laser Focus key metrics
* Lead trainings for overall team as transition occurs
* Partner with broader USCAN Commercial Operations staff to drive operating performance & act as champion for strategic consistent initiatives within the organizationQualifications

* Bachelors Degree and 8+ years experience in sales operations or finance OR Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of six years of sales operations or finance OR High School Diploma/GED and minimum of ten years financial or operational work experience including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business reviews
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team within a large, complex and matrixed organization
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
* Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope
* Ability to translate strategy into business objectives
* Executive level presentation skills
* Action and results oriented
