What can you expect?
Our Travel Guides speak to RCI members and assist in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services
Equipment is provided by the company for our remote Associates (computer, monitor, etc)
Training schedule: 6 weeks remote comprehensive training program designed to make you successful - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
After training schedule: Starting the 7th week you will transition to the following schedule: 2:30p.m. – 11:00p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. on weekend days, (one weekend day is required)
The average first year compensation is $15.65/hour
Additional earning opportunities include monthly contests, shift differentials, and recognition programs
For our Guides who work in the center, safety and cleanliness of our facilities is a top priority to ensure our Associates feel comfortable at work. Safety measures we have in place include: Regular deep cleans throughout the building, social distancing protocols, and requirement to wear masks when not at your desk alone

What are we looking for?
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience
Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required
Applicants must be a current Indiana resident
Bilingual Spanish or French experience is a plus
Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals
Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn
Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
Computer proficiency including Internet navigation ability is a must

Must have a high speed internet connection that meet our speed requirements and modem (hardwired connection necessary)
