Role Summary/Purpose:Responsible for the strategy, execution, and leadership for cost out across assigned product lines within MSOs Combat and Trainer Engines (CTE) business.

Essential Responsibilities:In this role you will actively design, lead, and execute cost strategy across CTE with an emphasis on pipeline development, execution, and realization. Work with product line directors and managers to set priorities and vision. Own operating rhythms and reporting for designated P&L to senior leadership. Work cross functionally with counterparts in supply chain value streams and sourcing commodities to identify cost risks and opportunities. In addition to part material and conversion cost, develop strategy for reduction of other variable cost to increase impact of cost out initiatives.Participates in PCB and sourcing deal reviews to ensure cost impact is understood and effectively communicated. Engages in strategic long-term business planning with Manufacturing Programs Leader and NPI Program Directors for future cost strategy.


Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in project management and an understanding of analytical tools (ex. Excel, Spotfire, etc.)Eligibility Requirement GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
