GE Healthcare is seeking a lead professional responsible for managing our Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program. This critical role will have responsibility for maintaining and driving adherence to our C-TPAT program by working cross functionally with manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, security, and other functions to ensure a secure supply chain.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain written CTPAT procedures and work with various business functions to implement Customs security strategy
* Develop CTPAT Supply Chain risk assessment process and maintain to keep current with changing requirements.
* GE Healthcare focal point for CBP re-validation process and annual security profile review
* Provide defect and root cause analysis on CTPAT processes and develop recommendations for enhancements to systems and procedures to maintain compliance
* Develop reporting mechanism to routinely report on benefits of Program and corrective action recommendationsMinimum Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or High School Diploma/GED
* Strong data analytics background
* Project management experience
* 3 or more years of supply chain experienceDesired Qualifications:
* Manufacturing, sourcing, or other supply chain experience
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment
* Customs experience
* Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
