Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the coordination of all Life Care Solutions (LCS) Operations activities across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and region to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to customer by defining and prioritizing a strategic outlook that will better serve customers, stakeholders and optimize our supply chain. Coordinate all the activities between Engineering / Sourcing / Manufacturing / Region to support on-time delivery / sales plan for all regions. Drive fulfillment process improvements with the region, function, and modality, include root cause analysis, drive Corrective and Preventive Actions to completion. Be the primary owner of On Time Delivery performance, assure customer satisfaction. Take lead to mitigate fulfillment risk with cross function teams, including prioritization, define alternative solutions, and own closure of any fulfillment issue. Key member in various Value Stream Optimization projects like ?CDigital Thread?D, ?CVS Process Mapping?D, and help to improve VS operation efficiency. Ensure clear communication with region and modality on MFG fulfillment status. Integrate with NPIs to drive phase-in / phase-out to ensure fulfillment and obsolescence avoidance and implement design for fulfillment model. Work closely with inventory leader and planning leaders to optimize inventory in regions, driving turn improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Finance or Mechanical Engineering, and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelors degree experience in a related occupation required. The position also requires:5 years experience in Materials Planning and Execution or Supply Chain experience, including financial analysis and P&L accountability, project management, transportation management system within a global business with 150 plus products across multiple international manufacturing locations, a global supply base footprint of 1000+ suppliers and revenues of greater than $2.2 million annually with multifunctional teams in a global environment; 5 years experience in both long/short-cycle businesses with collaborating, problem solving, and execution at all levels of the product organization enterprise, including product management, manufacturing, production planning, finance, etc.; 3 years experience in finance, including connection between fulfillment and impacts to the P&L; and 3 years experience with Oracle based information systems for data analytics and statistical based decision making.
