We will be looking to you to manage development teams for a portfolio, leveraging an offshore/on-shore resource model while utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies.  You will partner with Product, Business and Operations teams, as well as internal IT teams to evaluate requirements to develop and deliver strategic solutions as well as defining a strategic roadmap to modernize the applications. Additional responsibilities will include performing resource management, ensuring adherence to established standards and vendor Service Level Agreements.  The team will provide production support and ensure applications and systems meet performance and stability requirements as well as ensuring data quality, integrity and consistency across the organization.

For such a detail-driven and technical role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. You will have some experience as a people manager, along with developing web portals and eCommerce applications. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are required for this role, as you will be interfacing with executive teams.

You will need to be proficient in the technical concepts of building enterprise application platforms using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, modern HTML5/JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and relational databases. Expertise with technical concepts for application architecture and design, databases, application hosting (on-prem and Cloud with preference to AWS) is required to make you successful in this role. Additionally, proven experience in Services Oriented Architecture, Cloud native technologies and experience in migrating of applications from on-prem to Cloud is a plus
