Job Description
As a learning experience designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and measuring complex courses to support learning initiatives across all business lines within Progressive. This includes partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and creating instructional outputs to help solve a wide range of competency-based learning needs.

Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instructional Design
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
Preferred skills
Experience in leading complex design initiatives, working on content design and proficiency in developing leadership and competency-based learning
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience working in a collaborative environment with Subject Matter Experts and other team members with strong ability to influence, negotiate, and consult with requests and stakeholders
Ability to work independently while managing multiple medium to large projects
Compensation
Learning Experience Designer III- Salary range: $59,000 - $78,700/year
Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
Learning Experience Designer IV- Salary range: $71,400 - $95,200/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
