As part of the DISH Wireless Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the PM II will interact with executive sponsors and change agents to identify scope, requirements, and manage projects throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle. The PM’s primary responsibility will be to facilitate CBRS, C-Band, Beam Forming, and Massive MIMO radio development with all teams and manage discussions between Network Engineering, C-Suite, Vendors, and Deployment teams.  In addition, the PM will have a ‘team-player’ mentality and exhibit a willingness to take on other responsibilities including but not limited to ‘future’ ambiguous or undefined areas like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Multi-access edge computing as needed to ensure the overall success of the 5G Network deployment. 

Responsibilities:

Manage executive project expectations including owning escalation, communication, and C-level interaction on critical strategic projects for the company
Manage the design, planning, development, and implementation of strategic corporate projects. The scope of which includes project scheduling, status reviews, executive communication and approval, requirements gathering, documentation, and eventual deployment and implementation of the product and/or project
Drive CBRS/C-Band/MIMO development activities across the network
Drive schedules, quality and cost
Manage coordination and project deliverables between internal DISH project organizations as well as third party partners to deliver the project on time and on budget
Work cross-functionally as a dynamic leader to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment and facilitate cross-functional meetings guiding large project teams
Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedule, and meeting agendas/notes

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
High energy required to maintain a sense of urgency throughout the entire project lifecycle, even in times of uncertainty – the ability to pivot and adapt quickly is paramount as the environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving
Dynamic personality capable of quickly establishing trust and rapport at all levels of the organization while simultaneously setting the pace for all teams (technical and non-technical) involved through strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with data sets, data warehouses, data architecture, modeling, trends, data analytics tools, or reporting platforms
Experience overseeing and managing data analysis required to make business and/or technology recommendations where applicable
Experience in defining and developing large scale, dynamic cloud based reporting solutions
