This job is part of the Performance Marketing Team within the Customer Division.
Responsible for leading all efforts related to paid media channels, with a specific focus in Digital & Social. This position is fast paced and responsible for delivering high-visibility projects.
What you'll do
Manages the day-to-day relationship with our advertising agency
Leads all efforts across paid media with the main focus in Digital & Social paid media, but also other channels including but not limited to TV, OOH, print, radio; collaborating closely on paid Search as well
Understands business metrics and align media optimizations with company revenue objectives
Collaborates closely with Ad Tech & Analytics to ensure optimal campaign performance from start to finish
Champions innovative media opportunities with a test and learn attitude towards optimization
Builds and presents well-communicated plans and results to senior leaders
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
3 years of experience in an agency or B2C marketing role
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Ad agency or media planning background
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, processes and systems; must be a strong project manager
Excellent understanding of media and ability to foster collaboration between teams of marketing managers, strategists, designers, and agencies
Conscientious and adept at solving issues at all levels of a project
Collaborative with multiple stakeholders; communication and teamwork is critical
Top-notch written and verbal communication/presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
Resourceful, proactive and adaptable
