This position will work on multiple Middleware Integration projects as a project leader or internal consultant. Works on highly complex projects that require in-depth domain knowledge or two or more specialized architecture areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you will:
*Lead and coordinate the Integrations/Middleware domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line.
*Analyze, design, and develop a roadmap, design pattern, and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
*Review and/or analyze and develops architectural requirements at Integrations/Middleware domain level within product portfolio or team.
*Participates in the Integrations/Middleware Governance Council.
*Contributes to the development of data patterns and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
*Leads the research and evaluation of emerging Integrations technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives.
*Develops, motivates, and directs staff to create a team environment.
*Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization

Qualifications

*Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or ?CSTEM?D Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience
*15+ years of experience on system analysis, design, and modelling.
*10+ years experience designing, developing, leading integration architecture in a global organization using multiple design patterns (Real-time, ETL, Messaging, API, etc.) utilizing BOOMI, Oracle SOA 12c, Informatica, APIGEE
*Experience with a variety of relevant Web Services technologies, including RESTFUL APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, understand SOA, and Microservices.
*Strong expertise in Oracle B2B and analyzing EDI requirements, interpreting trading partner specifications, and translating these into integration design documents.
*Good experience managing a large Middleware Platform. This includes designing and managing High availability architecture, DR strategy, platform upgrade and security.
*Experience in architecting global, large-scale application integrations, which span within and outside (B2B) the enterprise
*Experience in integrating very large Enterprise applications ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft etc.), BI systems (Teradata), CRM systems (Siebel)
*Experience in defining and configuring encryption and security standards in the integration framework
*Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture
*Ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.
*Strong Oracle SOA and/or BOOMI (Integrate) platform expertise
*Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
*Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends
*Identifies the customers business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product
*Functional understanding of logistics, sourcing, manufacturing and close the books business processes
*Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions
