Training and Coaching Customers and Internal Sales Professionals on Cisco Service Topics
Developing and Managing Sales Pipeline for Service Opportunities
Booking of services orders in internal order management system when needed.
Fill out RMA template for partial RMA’s
Quote and book new services attached
Ability to balance working independently and on a team.
Accuracy, Ticket Count, Ticket SLA’s, Pipeline spreadsheet updated weekly will be measured as part of your performance
