Director, Product Management, Microsoft Cloud & Services

The Director, Microsoft Cloud & Services role is a crucial leadership role in our fast-expanding Microsoft Cloud practice. You'll own the business, quota, and profitability. Key responsibilities include maintaining/expanding the strategic relationship with Microsoft, top channel partners, and critical stakeholders inside SYNNEX. Your team is a group of business development representatives covering Azure, M365 and D365 in the Cloud. Additionally, you and your team will drive the sales/ adoption of MSP services, value-add ISVs on the platform, and connections with other teams for solution selling, including Surface. You'll be additive to the SYNNEX culture and be a champion for our always-on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work.

Meet and exceed top-line revenue, net gross margin, growth goals

Expand our relationship with Microsoft, strategically and tactically for sales, training, launches, and more

Build and maintain executive relationships with the top channel partners; assist your team in building trust relationships with new; drive the expansion of existing business among these partners

Fully understand the Microsoft CSP program today, stay attuned to the strategic direction to keep us agile

Fully understand promotions, pricing programs, etc., for your and your teams' effective sell-through

Build and expand essential relationships inside of SYNNEX with Field Sales, MSP, and ISR team leadership to drive additional sell-through

Own pipeline/forecast for the all-up business; provide insight into trends, opportunities

Work closely with the Product Management team and Microsoft to plan/execute effective buy and inventory strategy

Work closely with the Marketing team and Microsoft marketing to ensure optimal execution to drive awareness, demand, sales

Proactively communicate success/challenge/opportunities to the MSFT VP, STELLR SVP, President SYNNEX NA
