I can succeed as a Senior Graphic Production Artist at Capital Group

As one of our Senior Graphic Production Artists on our Books team you will help enable and empower our sales teams here at Capital Group. You will help drive the business through the creation of data-intensive marketing materials used by investment professionals and our sales teams. Bring your creative ability, attention to detail and quality control, and an eye for continuous improvement to Capital and you'll have the opportunity to grow with us professionally, personally, and financially.  You will be a resource to the department and share design best practices by mentoring and guiding other graphic production artists and team members. You will help lead our team of highly curious, exceptionally smart professionals who are natural problem solvers and genuinely care about helping you succeed.

 I am the person Capital Group is looking for:

You have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. A four-year degree is strongly preferred
You have amazing organizational skills and can prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Your attention to detail is legendary, people in all walks of your life recognize your ability to master details, big and small
You are always looking to improve the status quo, and the phrase “that’s how we’ve always done it” is not in your vocabulary
You work quikly enough to meet tight deadlines but carefully enough to maintain a high degree of accuracy 
You are comfortable with all the Microsoft Office suite of tools and especially PowerPoint, InDesign and Illustrator and other graphic design software to build compelling infographics
Knowledge of financial services, especially the investment industry is a plus
