Acts as Stewart's ambassador and trusted partner to independent Title Agencies to enhance their quality of service and to help build their business.  Delivers solutions and provides valuable guidance designed specifically for Title Agencies including:  marketing and sales support, technology solutions, underwriting expertise and more.

Enables Agency operations by providing administrative and specialized operational support to the Stewart Agency team and to independent Title Agencies.

Agency Services represents Stewart as a company ambassador to independent Title Agencies and partners with them to enhance and build their business.  Delivers solutions and provides valuable guidance designed specifically for Title Agencies including:  marketing and sales support, technology services and underwriting expertise.

Agency Support provides administrative and specialized operational support to Stewart Agency Services and independent Title Agents to enable business operations. 

Agency Support Coordinator II is responsible for supporting Stewart Agency Services by providing office-based support to Stewart Agency sales team and may provide occasional onsite support to independent Title Agents.  Utilizes working knowledge of Agency processes and procedures to perform administrative and operational duties, with general oversight.  Demonstrates intermediate technical aptitude and knowledge of systems and tools.  Maintains a high level of customer service through proactive communication to ensure quality, long-lasting partnerships between Stewart Agency Services and independent Title Agencies. 

Follows procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective support to Agency sales team
Provides direct support to independent agencies via phone and email
Utilizes CRM database to input and maintain current independent agency records and generate reports
Assists in new agency onboarding activities such as:  coordinating with IT department to setup up Stewart application/system access and logins and answering inquiries from new agency on account setup and use
Reviews independent agency performance reports/metrics and escalates as needed
Completes policy inventory reconciliations and maintains policy inventory reconciliation information
Assists with maintaining audit-related information
Analyzes and completes premium reconciliations
Follows up with independent agencies on premium credit balances and delinquent premiums
May work with agencies to obtain reconciliation documents
Contacts independent agencies regarding collection of policies and premiums due
Provides policy/premium reports to Agency Sales Managers and independent agencies
Communicates with independent agencies regarding policy/premium report
Answers basic inquiries related to Stewart Agency resources
Responds to insured-related policy requests
Assists with the coordination of customer events, trainings and seminars
Interacts with other Stewart business units
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Stewart products/services
Adheres to Stewart policies, procedures and standards
Performs all other duties as assigned by management

 Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
