Job Description
Houston Healthcare Organization is hiring an Human Resources Generalist/Manager. The ideal individual must have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience and at least 1 year in the Healthcare Industry. Will support a client group of 120-150 employees, focusing on Benefits, Employee Relations, employment law, recruiting, onboarding and other areas as needed. Heavy interaction with Employees creating a presence and approachability for the Human Resources Department. Degree is highly required or 10+ years of HR experience in lieu of a degree.
