As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you enjoy researching questions or requirements and ensuring resolution of unclear or incomplete requests over the phone. You will educate clients on plan- specific inquiries and general retirement industry concepts and regulations.

You demonstrate working knowledge of defined contribution plans and retirement industry and the ability to apply it to work assignments.

You will provide customer service to retirement plan clients by responding to inquiries and/or processes participant-level and plan-level requests (i.e., financial and account maintenance) received via phone, email or mail.

You enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements.

You will resolve complex inquiries related to participants and plans in our proprietary retirement products by utilizing resources to understand business and regulatory requirements.

You have a desire to Identify opportunities to make business decisions, escalates appropriately and presents ideas to management for input and approval.

You are comfortable with a shift ranging from 9-6PM & overtime as business needs allow.
