Job Description Summary

This role will be pivotal in developing industry leading multi-modality Radiation Therapy (RT) Image Workflow Automation solutions suite for interoperability. The program manager will direct a multi-modality and cross-functional development team, ensuring outcomes deliver on time, within scope and budget and with desired quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

?Drive program planning and multi-generational RT Imaging workflow automation roadmap with a phased MVP and scale up approach
?Work closely with Global Oncology, business segments (MR, CT and MI), digital ecosystem and 3rd party partners teams to drive program direction.
?Lead cross-functional execution including (but not limited to) customer design thinking sessions, proof of concept projects, program execution, clinical and pilot trials and product delivery
?Manage program risks, interdependencies, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the program or project.
?Collaborate with Lead Systems Designer (LSD) and cross-functional teams in specifying requirements, defining feature backlog and to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.
?Manage day-to-day execution of single program or coordinate execution across multiple interdependent programs by working directly with global teams; drive shared approach and outcomes tracking.
?Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
?Track program or project outcomes through established metrics
Required Qualifications

?Experienced Program Manager (7+ yrs) with Masters degree in STEM Majors.
?Experience in imaging workflows (One or more modalities ? MR/CT/MI)
?Awareness with medical device edge computing and interconnectivity technologies including application layer protocols such as DICOM/DICOM-RT, IHE-RO, HL7 etc.
?Proven experience using project management methodologies to drive business deliverables. Experience with design requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability.
?Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics.
?Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives, and/or large global projects.
