Primary Purpose:
As a Senior HR Data Analytics Analyst, you will use data, research, and analytical skills to identify insights and present findings to HR and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to present data in a meaningful and actionable way and analyze large data sets to inform and drive our strategy.
Principal Duties:
Identifies insights using data to inform HR and/or the corporation of the health of the workforce and trends that can be impacted by action.
Implements sustainable solutions to reporting and metrics requests.
Determines the optimum and clear ways to present data to our HR partners and leaders by
Efficiently and accurately organizing data
Thoroughly analyzing data and drawing conclusions
Presenting findings in audience-appropriate formats
Providing thoughts and/or recommendations on next-step actions
Supports data analysis needs for all of HR.
Maintains scheduled reporting to meet the data needs of HR, Finance and other relevant departments.
Holds training sessions around reporting and analysis that allows HR to more closely monitor their data.
Identifies and informs parties of relevant information related to Headcount, Hires, Terminations, Requisitions, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, etc.
Maintains current knowledge on data and analytic trends, best practices for long-term solutions.

Technical Skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.
Expert with MS Excel and experience with SQL and MS PowerPoint.
Expert at Microsoft Excel regarding navigation and formula use.
Experience creating dashboards and reports within SuccessFactors
Report development using SuccessFactors, SAP Business Warehouse or similar tools.
Comfortable in leveraging a wide variety of data sources in analysis efforts.
Skills and Abilities
Work closely with the HR organization to understand the needs of the business and to create new opportunities to maximize the value of analytics & reporting.
Presentation of data analysis (orally and visually)
Applies analytical thinking in interpreting data trends or tendencies.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple branches of business to relay key information in succinct ways.
