Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting an office/department through various administrative activities and coordination of assigned processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain files, documents and system/database data, and produce requested reports
Follow standard procedures in conducting assigned processes. Complete all necessary steps, documentation, systems entry, and filing to ensure proper completion.
Prepare and distribute correspondence
Assist in the flow of information and documentation so that internal stakeholders are apprised
Support day-to-day administrative needs of office/department, this could include ordering supplies; mail distribution; general human resources support; and phone, customer and visitor support.
Assist with projects as assigned

Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
Works with either close supervision, or under clearly defined procedures

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

On January 15, 2017, The Andersons announced that they will cease their retail operations, closing stores in Maumee, Toledo and Columbus, Ohio, during the second quarter of 2017, and focus on their grain, rail car, ethanol, and plant nutrients units.
