Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has good experience of working in the role of system analysis and project management. The person will be responsible for delivering projects from inception till putting into production.

What you will be responsible for

As Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will

Sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into simple language for business users
Solid technical background and skilled at developing releases for Upgrades, troubleshooting and implementation of new hardware programs
Self learner, likes to bring industry best practice into system behaviors for effective operational processes.
Helps in bringing new technologies to solve business problems, by market research and studying processes others have adopted or even from interaction with technology on day to day basis.
Keen leadership and project management skills, ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience in the specific field of the job in  question.
Domain knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management in a Large Financial Institution would help.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering,
5 years of Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience in the specific field of the job in question.
Knowledge of other aspects like software development process will be an added advantage.
Agile certification / Scrum Master etc will also be preferred, not a must though.
