JOB SUMAMRY:
The Business Analyst is accountable for maintaining the relationship with the end user (i.e. Business Team/Customer) for small to medium scale projects. They are responsible for eliciting requirements/user stories and representing them to the Enterprise Solutions Delivery and Enterprise Sustain Services teams throughout the systems development cycle. Will lead requirements elicitation and documentation for a small to medium sized project and work as part of a business analysis team on larger projects under the supervision of more senior colleagues.
MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Coordinates Plan & Define activities as part of the System Development process for small to medium size projects
?Development of business process models, business requirements/user stories (functional and non-functional) and product backlogs
?Partners with the business community to develop comprehensive user acceptance testing/training plans and ensuring the application pushed to production successfully
?Investigates business issues and data challenges
?Serves as the requirements liaison between the business community and the IT teams
?Coordinates with the Business on Problem and Incident Management with minimal supervision
?Responsible for project business value/return on investment for projects led
?Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors. Models GM behaviors and creates a winning culture.

Additional Job Description
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
?5+ years of experience
?Working technical knowledge & understanding of business analyst fundamentals
?Working technical knowledge of writing & managing Business Requirements Documents
?Working technical knowledge of Business Process Modeling
?Knowledge in a functional area or business process domain
?Understanding of business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry as a whole
?Understanding of business processes and how application(s) support the process
?Demonstrates critical skills such as collaboration, strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical capability
?Ability to facilitate sessions with end users, asking probing questions to elicit business process discussion and crafting process flow diagrams
?Facilitates meetings
?Experience to negotiate on a scope and time of delivery
