Play a leading product role in shaping the right approach and metrics for measuring overall User Experience and Customer Quality! Were looking for someone to own the product management effort that will define the strategy, roadmap and guiding principles for Siris customer experience and quality metrics. You are strong analytically and comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with large data sets. You are a self-starter with a consistent track record of successfully leading large, sophisticated, cross-functional programs. You can think strategically and globally about the end-to-end user facing experience. Key Qualifications
? 5+ years in a product management role leading cross-functional teams for product development in user experience
? Experience with large, cross-functional data programs for consumer experiences at scale
? Demonstrated success in large organizations (budgeting, evangelizing, consensus-building) utilizing positive relationship and influence skills
? Highly analytical. Demonstrated success in developing quality frameworks and defining customer success metrics.
? Strong technical skills with an eye for design (prior experience in voice, multi-modal a plus)
? Self-motivated and proactive, with proven creative and critical thinking skills
? Excellent communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization. Ability to collaborate with senior team leaders.
Description
- Own product-strategy for how we measure user experience quality and drive adoption through Siri product teams
- Collect requirements from key team members. Help define new approaches to quality metrics
- Drive prioritization and resolution of trade-offs in resource allocation and budgeting for key programs. Ensure cross-functional and leadership alignment.
- Communicate project and product updates to leads and executives, present in executive reviews
- Drive adoption of the measurement methodologies across the organization that are aligned with strategy
- Build strong relationships across Apple and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups
Education & Experience
BS, MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related engineering degrees. MBA a plus but not required.
