Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Support strategy, creative content, database management, coding, testing, deployment and tracking of digital communications across multiple channels (email, website, social media, etc.).
Create, develop and manage content across various digital platforms which requires working with Adobe Creative Cloud products, such as InDesign and Photoshop, and a website content management system.
Manage lead generation programs. Supports strategy, creative content, data capture and database management, sales integration and tracking.
Manage campaign reporting through the production and publication of monthly digital analytics tracking digital tactics.
Participate in building integration of lead capture from web to salesforce.com and web to Email Service Provider (ESP), including event RSVP registration setup and reporting.
Manage email marketing programs which includes both ongoing programs and ad hoc support for product launches and campaigns.
Understand several facets of social media.
Collaborate and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external partners including management of external partners.
Serve as a liaison between Enterprise Digital Marketing team and the local affiliate marketing team to ensure local brand and product content is accurate and aligned with affiliate goals.

Qualifications:
Requires a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in interactive/digital marketing or related field and 2+ years of interactive/digital marketing or other directly related experience.
Some experience with website content management systems, managing Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Customer Relationship Management.
Working knowledge of Google and Adobe analytics
Working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
Digital marketing agency experience a plus
