Job Description

Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead, North America of Avigilon Corporation (“Avigilon”), the Inside Sales Territory Representative, North America holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about surveillance and is highly customer-focused and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

Provide support to the Sales Team, including Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and other members of the sales team as directed. This will include co-managing relationships with partners, integrators, VARs (Value Added Resellers) and end-users to increase market share.

Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.

Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region as directed by the Inside Sales Team Lead, North America.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives for your assigned territory.

Grow existing partner relationships and promote sales programs developed for and with partners.

Work effectively in a Team Selling environment with multiple products and stakeholders that come together to create enterprise solutions.

Provide Salesforce.com data entry support as directed by the sales leadership team.

Work daily with channel partners to help close business.

Provide necessary presales support for partners, integrators, VARs (Value Added Resellers) and end-users to increase market share.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs, gaps and requirements to be successful on an ongoing basis.

Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Assist in the onboarding and management of partners

Additional Qualifications:

1+ years of experience within an inside sales organization preferred

1+ years of Account Management experience, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts prefered.

Preferred experience with technology sales. 

Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience.  

Proven past experience in a sales development role.

Proven success of promoting sales strategies through and with partners, preferably in a similar sales territory.

Adaptable with the ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.

Proven time management, account management, and territory management skills, as well as excellent verbal, and written communication skills.

Understanding the sales cycle in conjunction with business processes internally and externally

Other:

Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties of the Inside Sales Territory Representative, North America.

Avigilon may allocate such additional or other duties of work as informed to the Inside Sales Sales Territory Representative, North America by the Inside Sales Team Lead, North America, from time to time as necessary to meet the needs of the business of Avigilon.
